Holly is an up-and-coming caterer and Messer is a promising network sports director. After a disastrous first date, all they have in common is their dislike for each other and their love for their goddaughter Sophia. But when they suddenly become all Sophie has in the world, Holly and Messer must set their differences aside. Juggling career ambititions and competing social calendars, they'll have to find common ground while living under the same roof.
Character
Jenna is one of Messer's conquests. She is young and likes to have fun. She is a little bit shocked as she sees Messer with Sophie but after he explains his situation, she finds it hot and they hook up at the house. She likes the baby and even offers to babysit.

FILMING
Filming took place on location, in a house in the wealthy Buckhead area of Atlanta. Holly Berenson's bakery was depicted at Belly General Store in Virginia-Highland, a century-old bungalow-style neighborhood with several small-scale historic retail clusters, a few miles northeast of Downtown Atlanta. Scenes from Eric's workplace were filmed at Turner Broadcasting System (TBS) off Techwood Drive in Atlanta. Filming also took place at Philips Arena.
BUDGET & BOX OFFICE
LIFE AS WE KNOW IT had a successful run at the box office, bringing in over $105 million worldwide against a $38 million budget. It ranked #1 on its first day and played at theaters from October 8, 2010 to January 27, 2011.
